How Uzerly helped Go Sport recover nearly 300k€ in sales in less than a year.
Context .
Go Sport is a French retailer that has specialized in sports since 1978.
They were one of the first sports brands to open an e-commerce website in 2000-2001, along with Courir (the two Rallye Group brands). In 2020, they decided to call on our services for their Email Remarketing strategy. Go Sport wanted us to support them in their strategy to reduce abandoned shopping baskets.
Uzerly has boosted the performance of Go Sport campaigns through the Email Remarketing solution, which consists in sending out reminders to visitors who have not finalized their purchases. This campaign enabled Go Sport to recover nearly €300k over the first 9 months of collaboration.

The strategy implemented to best meet Go Sport's needs is Email Remarketing.
There are two main stakes involved : the follow-up of logged-in and non-logged-in members who have consulted products without putting them in the shopping cart, and the follow-up of logged-in members who have abandoned their shopping cart before making a purchase.
Two scenarios were designed under the recommendations of the Uzerly teams: 1 product reminder 1 hour after the member's departure, and 2 reminders (+30 minutes and +24 hours) for users who have abandoned their shopping cart.
Email remarketing to boost cross-selling .
To drive up-sell and/or cross-sell, Uzerly recommended that Go Sport add a footer banner highlighting a current promotional offer in the reminder email.
For this first year of collaboration with Uzerly, we are totally satisfied with their involvement in the management of our email remarketing campaigns.
